Aquatics and Aerobics Schedules
The Mayfield Graves County YMCA offers a wide variety of classes to promote strength and wellness for any age. We offer classes in the aerobics room, spinning room, and the pool area. Classes are included in YMCA membership. Please visit the front desk to purchase a day pass.
Open Swim
The pool is available for open swim when there aren’t any classes in the pool and when a lifeguard is present. If there isn’t a lifeguard present, you will not be able to swim. No exceptions.
Pool Specifications
Our pool is an in-ground lap pool with a depth ranging from 3 foot to 5 foot. The pool features a ramped access point and a standard pool ladder. Our pool is kept at therapeutic levels to promote healthy circulation and joint health.
Classes
We offer Water Aerobics classes in our Aquatics area. While open swim is a good time to engage in exercise at your own pace, the group exercise classes focus on specific motions to keep you active.
